I just read Steve DeGaetano's article about the E.P. Ripley appearing at Fullerton Railroad Days, and I noticed that, in the June 2005 picture, the semaphore at Frontierland Station is still incorrect in that the arm that is lowered is painted black and white, instead of red and white, which is the scheme that would warn oncoming trains.
A few years ago, both arms were carelessly painted incorrectly, and I am wondering if the mistake has been addressed, yet. Painting the arms with the proper color scheme seems like an easy and inexpensive thing to do, especially since the semaphore is a major show element at the station.
