Vacation Planning

I've heard it mentioned around here that if you are staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel, Vacation Planning is available to you to make priority seatings, ressies for Fantasmic, etc. Is this correct? Do you have to buy a "package" from them, or can it be a "hotel only" reservation? Lastly, how do I contact them?

Any help would be appreciated!

No package required. Just hotel alone is enough. You do have to have your confirmation number, though,.
