Well, it seems that they are at it again:

"Per Glenn Barker, and by order of Tom Fitzgerald (two) of the Mansion Car Sound Zones are to be removed from operation. They are Zones #3 and #4, in the hallway of doors area.

See Email below:

I have a request to permanently delete two of the car sounds in the Haunted Mansion "normal" show.

These are:

Zone 3 in the Conservatory which says;

"All our ghosts have been dying to meet you....this one can hardly contain himself (chuckle). Unfortunately, they all seem to have trouble getting through"

And Zone 4 in the Seance which says;

"Perhaps Madame Leota can establish contact. She has a remarkable head for materializing the disembodied"

This is to be a permanent change.

If there is an incident where someone intentionally or accidentally reactivates them for the standard year-round show, we will be forced to remove them entirely.

For the convenience of the Holiday Show change-out, we are hoping that this will not become necessary."

Come on...if they are going to change something, do it for the betterment of the park, it's guests and employees, not just because one can...

It makes sense. Al said Leota's room would change to fit in with the attic. So why not establish some new narration?

New would be new, in addition to, or to replace, not simply take out...or cause not to work, yes?

Actually, it does:

They are 'deleting' or 'disabling' two sound zones, so when you or I go through those zones, we will NOT be hearing those sounds. The only reason they want to leave the sensors is so they can use them for the Holiday Mansion sounds...

If this is true I am b**ls**t. No need for more changes, especially when "Perhaps Madame Leota" was added back in the 90s when they felt they need more narration there (and luckily they had an old clip).
