space mt. is by far my favorite ride, i can't get enough of it. i laugh being in the dark, not neccesiarly knowing were im going and seeing all those projected stars and the music, its just to awesome!!!
The Matterhorn is a great coaster except for the exceedingly rough track! That ride literally hurts! If, someday, they'd shake loose the money to renew the track and make it smooth (sorta like...well... a bobsled on snow!) then it would be a contender. Big Thunder takes the prize for theming, but it isn't really much of a coaster. I like Screamin' a lot. A fun ride, just thrilling enough for most people without any real fear factor... a nice loop and fun bunny hills. It is, in fact, themed! C'mon... how brilliant was it for Pressler to come up with the idea of theming it like a ROLLER COASTER!
But: the winner is Space Mountain for me. I just love that ride!
"Yesterday, a man walked up to me and said, 'Isn't it a shame that Walt Disney couldn't be here to see this?' and I said, "He did see this, that's why it's here."

I love the cold air and blasting soundtrack on Space Mountain, but it turns to the right too much. Big Thunder is boring unless you are in the 12th row. Matterhorn is fun but whippy and uncomfortable at times with the lap to lap seating configuration. Now California Screamin', man it is so smooth, fast, and exhilirating that it's my favorite coaster hands down.
