No, there was a set of speedramps out in front where the queue for HISTA and the fountain are now. (GOD, I miss the old Tomorrowland!!!)Originally Posted by mrfantasmic

Thanks for that, but I'm actually looking for more recently... when Captain EO was in Magic Eye.
The ramp was still used. The bullpen area for Captain EO was over where it is for HISTA now. The only difference was the Tomorrowland Stage area was filled in and the theater was built there.Originally Posted by mrfantasmic
This is interesting, cause I remember entering through the starcade, up the speedramp that is right under the X-Wing... I new I should have taken a picture last night.
the second level was just more arcade, but there could have been more doors up there opening to the scond level where the space line is. i don't really remember, but I do remember the 2 level arcade.Originally Posted by mrfantasmic

If you're in line for Space Mountain today, as you go to the part that overlooks Tomorrowland, you'll see that trapezoid shaped section towards the balcony that people like to lean on.. That's where the old speed ramps came up to for the line.
There are also the speed ramps that came up to the 2nd level of starcade. This just had more arcade on the 2nd level, however back then more of the glass was see-through and the doors were usually open and people even casually went in and looked around while they were in line a lot.
Then you were cutting in line! Ha! I hated how people could do that. Early FastPass?Originally Posted by mrfantasmic
It never used the StarCade as an entrance unless there was a major problem with the regular speed ramp.

Ok, well then my memory is a little fuzzy. It could have been during Tomorrowland 98 construction or something. That could explain why the entrance was different. I remember being confused, because it never used to enter there.
Haha... no, there was a CM at the top.Originally Posted by mushufan
