Yes. I think both the "Unofficial Guide to Disneyland", and several people I talked with, put that to rest. The park is really pretty busy lately on Superbowl Sunday, with all the people that expect it to be slow, I suppose.

Seeing as I worked on the past two Super Bowl Sundays, I would definitely go to Disneyland.

But now of course, everybody knows that it will be busy, so they won't go, making it empty. But, people will know that since everybody assumes it will be full and that it will be empty, they will go, making the park full. But then...

Superbowl Sunday is just another day for me. And any day for me is a day better spent in a theme park.

I really could care less about about the Superbowl. The only thing that sounds good about it is the food, lol. Of course I'd go to DL.

They don't have a huge screen like Universal's CityWalk.

You can usually find it playing in most of the bars at the resort, mostly ESPN Zone! The park is like it is every other sunday even on Super Bowl Sunday!

Superbowl sunday hasn't been "empty" in years. I have been to a couple of the last few superbowl sundays.

When I was a kid, I went to DL on superbowl sunday and it was indeed empty. I guess people have figured this out because in my opinion, the last couple of years have been busier then a regular sunday.

I went to Disneyland a couple of times on SuperBowl Sunday. However, I noticed it was still busy at the park. Instead of being busy with NASCAR dads and soccer moms, it was busy with soccer moms and gay men.

Both times didn't seem less crowded to me...

    Just an fyi.

I think the Super Bowl is over hyped these days. Didn't used to be a football game? Now it's all million dollar commercials, people passed out in the streets, getting drunk, eating to excess, really bad musical acts, and about 5 minutes of actual game...so probably Disneyland is the only place where this isn't happening, though they probably have one person in DCA sitting around the microbrew cart with a hand held portable tv trying to recreate the madness

Yay, it turned into a poll.

I guess I realize now, Disneyland might be really busy since people realize that it will be empty and assume on going.

    I'm still going (:

Never...Football is my second favorite thing!! But the Super Bowl and all college games come before DL. Now... if i am at the ESPN Zone then I can do both in one day!
