It will be a special event similar to DCA's 5th Anniversary events.

i actually wouldn't mind special mechandise for this event. IASW really is an important attraction in Disneyland's lineup. it deserves a special day in recognition of it's longevity in the park.

Eh, not that huge of a loss in my opinion. "40" isn't that big of a deal. When it turns "50", then they should definately do a huge ceremony.

But they should do something I suppose..

I mean, we really do have to hand it to all of those lost kids who have had their feet stapled to the displays in that showroom for such a long time! They're such diligant little workers.

I'm addicted to Disneyland. Disneyland hobbies are expensive.
If I become a bum people are going to say "Don't give him money, he's just gonna use it on Disneyland."

With all this talk of "off the shelf" and "on the back-burner" it seems the only thing that DCA is really missing is the kitchen sink!

Looking at the meet thread for sunday, it looks like I might be the lone MCer on the anniversary ride.

I love most of IASW merchandise that's available. There's not much, but it's very cute & appeals to the teacher in me. I hope they'll do something for the 50th IASW anniversary.
