Pity they didn't also bring back the Muffalettas. Still, good menu.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

OMG.... those menu items sound FABULOUS!!!! Seafood crepe and beignets with creme anglaise???? HEAVEN!

And I think the prices look great! Pretty comparable to what BB used to have at lunch!

I have a feeling this will be my new fave DL eatery.

Wow! I'm impressed! That menu sounds and looks wonderful. The crepes intrigue me the most. And I love the beignets in the shape of Mickey. And the traditional Monte Cristo in addition to the cheese version, fantastic! There will be a separate children's menu with a kiddy Monte Cristo as well I've heard.

I can't wait to try this new restaurant.

Holy cow...I was going to go to the Blue Bayou on the 26th, but I might just change my mind. I haven't had French Onion soup in ages! (Plus my boyfriend and I miss those Monte Cristos very much hehe).

Wow, everything on the menu sounds really tasty!

Re: New menu for Cafe Orleans

From just this thread, Cafe' Orleans looks like it's going to be the new fave dining spot for regular Disneyland visitors, while Blue Bayou is left for the higher-spending tourists or someone celebrating a special day.

And that's probably exactly what TDA had in mind.

Can one make priority seating for Cafe Orleans for the 26th?

Hey.. they have my lunch from last visit there.. Monte Cristo and Blacked Chicken Caesar Salad.. (Split both between 2 people... it makes a nice lunch)

Can't wait to see it in 07/08 Maybe... Hopefully. That or make a restaurant in WDW that has those items.. Maybe in adventure land.. lol
