Sorry! Growing up in the Islands on the North Shore, all we got was PBS so it was nothing but Mr. Rogers, Seaseme Street, and Electric Company! Throw in a few Hawaiian shows but no Mr. Wizard!

    Now I really feel old!

Might be too young for 3-2-1 Contact. It disappeared well before Electric Company.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

    3-2-1 CONTACT was the bomb.
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

Frogberto - Go to User CP, then Mice Clubs (from the right hand toolbar), then scroll through the list of clubs and pick which clubs interest you!!! (You might also like the Penn and Teller BS club!)

    Welcome to Gold!!!!!

P.S. Great pictures. I wouldn't mind an Adam/Kari sandwich. Oops did I say that out loud????

hrm... contact a mod if it doesn't work...

Go to you user CP, click on "Mice Clubs" or "Clubs' or something with club in it. Then there is a huge list of clubs to join. click on the one you want to join, then voila.

By the way, very cool photos. I want to meet them pretty bad. They are some of the few people I'd get star struck around. I LOVE the show. And Kari... best looking girl on TV AND she's smart.

    Frogberto,

Where did this Mythbusters gathering take place? I watch the show religiously and I must say I wouldn't mind meeting Kari. And my goodness, does Jamie EVER smile?

The last Mythbusters gathering was at Caltech in Pasadena, which took place last Friday, one week ago. That's where I went to dinner with the group afterwards and got to sit next to Kari! She's very nice, friendly, and totally gorgeous.

The meeting above took place in late January, 2006, in Las Vegas. The Mythbusters spoke, showed a clip reel of bloopers (as they did last Friday), took questions, auctioned off a piece of memorabilia from the show, and then signed books and took pictures.

The first meeting in January was for the James Randi Educational Foundation (www.randi.org), and the second meeting last weekend was for the Skeptics Society (www.skeptic.com). The mythbusters and their producer are all very supportive of the "skeptic movement".
