Castle walk thru? Submarine Voyage??? You guys are so lame. The Subs are coming back soon anyway and the Castle walk thru wasnt even that good. Now PEOPLEMOVER, Motor Boat Cruise, Skyway or Mission To Mars, those are attractions to bring back.

I miss several, but most of all, The original Country Bear Jamborie.
I so resent critter/Pooh country! I try not to, but I can't help it.
I remember the snoring bears you could hear, as you walked through Bear country, then critter country, (I could live with that). But the Pooh takeover, was just too much!
I would like to see the old Very Marry Chrismas parade agian, with all the movies and stuff. Also the sign out on Harbor DISNEYLAND. I miss seeing that sign as you came over the freeway.
I completely agree with you there. It was always exciting to see that sign after a 6 hour drive. Also that little sign on the crosswalk on harbor just doesn't give you the "welcome to disneyland" feel.Originally Posted by Skipper S

Yup...another vote for the Peoplemover, first and foremost...what a great attraction...relaxing, never a line...
I also vote to bring back those themed days...I think I vagualy remember the county fair days...it was a lot of fun...you know, like "going down town" (Main Street) while the county fair was in town...it felt community, and homey, and celebratory...living in orange county there are not many events that can replicate thant small town fair feel...
Does that make sense?
525,600 minutes...how do you measure, measure a year?
OK I am not going to be popular here (and I am a Disneyland history buff, too) I wouldn't bring anything back. I WOULD love to travel back and be able to ride the rides that I never had the opportunity to (the flying saucers, the phantom boats, etc.) What I would love to see instead is the Disney Imagineers given liscense AND MONEY to create whatever their imgination can design. For example, I understand that the Pooh ride in Tokyo is amazing becasue there were not money constraints put on them as they are here.
Country Bears should just be put in DCA. Seems fitting.
Anyhow - this may not be a popular idea but there it is.
(Although I do miss Swiss Family!)
I'd like to have lunch in Hollywood & Dine and take the pictures I regret I didn't take while it was still serving...I loved those sets!
Tahitian Terrace is my main, "gosh I really wish they'd bring it back" choice.
Hornplayer, I agree with you, too. I would love to see new attractions, instead...and I am holding out hope that it will happen...
My vote was for the PeopleMover, because as mentioned in many places on the boards, it is so sad to see the track up ther unused day after day...
There are many attractions that I would like to go back in time and ride, as you mentioned, but those attractions are not as sorely missed when they have been replaced...its those that were removed and then left empty that people wish would come back...

1- Fort Wilderness (rebuild/reopen Please!!!)
2- PeopleMover
3- Adventure Through Inner Space
4- Country Bear Jamboree
5- Mission to Mars (or anyplace else)
6- Lion King Parade
7- Sleeping Beauty Walkthrough

2. Pirate ship (for the meatball sandwich)
3. Snoring Bear and CBJ
4. The Astro Orbiter HIGH up in Tomorrowland
