    Walt Disney World.

Let's not ruin a classic, shall we? And WDW's could use some improvements. So why not? :o

The real question is where will they put the AA figure of Eddie Murphy in the Haunted Mansion?

In the crypt outside the building, nobody wants to see that.

    Exactly.
As nice as the other parks are, we must always remember that it all began at Disneyland. Disneyland should be the crown jewel in the Disney crown.

Add her to the Auction line up next to the Red Head

I'd put Sparrow over on Tom Sawyer's Island, marooned and trying to get back to his beloved ship in the POTC ride. j/k

Re: Where would you put Jack Sparrow?

OK So now that we have read the official press release that Jack Sparrow IS going in to the POTC ride, do we know exactly where the animatronics from the movie will be going?

It's stated in Al's column, entitled "Dead Men Tell New Tales".

Since people don't like to actually go research things, Jack will be placed:

    *by the dunking mayor
*in the barrel in the PCed scene, or "pirates chasing women with food" scene
*and near the jail cells, but off to the other side, where there's a bunch of free space

...er, no offenses to you. I just got really annoyed during the movie addition debates because people never actually read the article and acted like they knew what was happening. ^_^

Re: Where would you put Jack Sparrow?

Tell that to Johnny Depp please. We'll let you tell him. I'm sure not gonna tell the star of the most profitable Disney movie franchise in 15 years that his animatronic can't be among the (120 is it?) maurading Pirates...

Tell that to all the little kids who go "OH BOY, Pirates of the Caribbean" and go on it for the first time (meaning every generation from now on, as long as DVD and internet and Netfliks is a part of modern life). They expect Johnny Depp to be there.

You'll get used to it... They're not gutting the ride and doing an all new version. Eventually you'll forget how it ever got along without the Johnny Depp element.

In one of those graves outside the Mansion. And on the tomb, something like "Biggest Disney Disappointment Ever! What were we thinking?!"
