How do they clean Pirates?

I was wondering how often they clean the attraction like dust and such?
It seems like if you clean it all the time, it would get a lot of wear and tear, but this is the one ride at disneyland that always looks exceptional.

It's "Disney magic"

I see gum sticking on signs in the caves quite often...I don't go several days strung together so I wouldn't know if it was gone by the next morning. I'm sure when they do clean, however, they use top of the line products.

Well they put a type of soapy chemical in the water to I suppose purify the water. I saw this one time when Pirates was closed the whole day but opened quickly at night. The water in the caves had what resembled soapy bubbles on the surface.

I assume they clean the rest of the sets by hand. They do that probably at night when the park is closed.

Pirates is probably looking pretty good right now with the refurb almost done..

I was just thinking that the sets could get ruined pretty easy if they didnt do a good job, and you would think that props might start missing.hmmm

Actually, you post an interesting question. I would suppose that a gaggle of CMs tour the attraction and dust and wipe and such... but what do I know?

Do they make the pirates G-ARRR-GLE?
