Question 2 the photo buffs...

Im at disneyland right now and im trying toake photos while moving, as in while on rides. My Olympus digital camera has a setting called action shots. Its ment for moving targets. However when I use the setting the photos come out blurry. The camera also has a manual setting where I can adjust just about anything. What settings can I adjust to take better pictures while moving? Thanks in advance!

the higher the shutter speed, the better. Of course, you can only get away with 1/3200 of a second if you are outdoors on say, AstroOrbitor and it's very sunny out.

So then you're looking at about 1/100 of a second or better... and if it's a dark ride you're going for, forget it. You've gotta have invested in some serious equipment to get even close. If you want to try, set your ISO at it's highest rating, set the aperture to it's lowest, and set the shutter to about 1/30 of a second. Snap away, and adjust the shutter speed as your pictures continue to come out black... try your very best to keep your camera in one place in space as your vehicle moves.

Thank you daddy B. I will play with those settings and let you know tomorrow how its comming along. Yeah, the rides Im trying to get photos of are slow dark rides like Peter Pan or Alice In Wonder Land. Just to let you know The ISO speed maxes out at 400. The shutter values between 16" to 1/2000 and the aperture values are between F1.8 to F8.0
