They must of started serving right as I left! I saw wiaters in there but thought it might be for the disney "suits". I saw some of the menu items, and the menu looked great, I'll go back tomorrow, and see If I can get some pics!

Flashme, welcome back from the litter box. The full menus, including pictures of the menus, are posted on the threads from 1-2 weeks back. If you get a chance to eat at the Blue Bayou, take pics and let us know how it is!

Does anyone have a low interest loan so that I can eat there. The menu sounds wonderful. If you have to ask how much, you cannot afford it.

As for the shooting star- I looked, but didn't see it. Also know that I've never seen it before anyway, so I had no idea where to look - so I might have just missed it - but I looked all over and didn't see anything so I don't know

Cafe Orleans is not open, but all construction walls are down and everything looks pretty much done from the outside. The restaurant and patio are still closed to guests though. You can't even eat a clam chowder bread bowl from the Royal Street Verdana on the clean patio tables - its all blocked off.

Actually, the restaurant looks exactly the same as it did before it closed - the Blue Bayou refurb mainly focused on the Kitchen, I believe, not on the dining area. The only difference is the pirate loot in the lobby (which I will post photos of when I get home) and the new souvineer menus (which I will scan and post images of when I get home)
    Thanks for the update
I take it the water wasn't blocked off?
Could you see the que area? Notice the difference? Could you see the old man and the banjo?
    What could you see matey?

When we visit Disneyland at the end of August, we are planning to have lunch at Blue Bayou. Our vacation starts on August the 27th. Pretty soon it will be time to call for a Priority Seating.
