wow those are wonderful... i never realized how much the park has evolved
Yah Frontierland has shrunk A LOT since the park opened. I've seen pictures where there were gun slingers walking around, zorro riding through it on horseback, and a bunch of other stuff. Now it's just plain empty except for the Mark Twain, Columbia, and Big Thunder.
Growing older is manditory
Growing up is however, optional
And it's hard to say that any other attraction crowded Frontierland out ... it just seemed that before Big Thunder, the land had a bigger footprint, and more "open space" for the stagecoach, mule rides, and mine train, most of which (I think) was taken up by the Big Thunder Ranch, Big Thunder Trail, the pond, and the Railroad attraction/coaster.Originally Posted by OogieBoogie
Yipee! Another picture, even closer, of the Chicken Plantation House. Thanks.
I used to love to eat lunch at the Fritos place. I was so disappointed when they changed that.

OMG Frontierland is Pink!
That's cool, its looks v quiet though,.
So Casa De Fritos lost it's wood railings before Pressler... and to think I was blaming every poor theme choice on him!
Great pics!
Great restoration work!
