"Pirates" Backstage -- *Spoilers!*

On the eve of the attraction opening, I thought it might be interesting to see some "behind the scenes" pictures of the attraction without water, and the animatronics. Avast ye, don't look below if you want to "keep the magic"!

Help, there's a mime castmember loose in the attraction!!!

Oh, those are great! I've always loved seeing some of the backstage stuff. I always wish I'd taken more pictures of the Monorail Shop when I was a CM. Thanks for posting those.

The red boat is from pirates and the other boat are from IASW in the fourth picture. The flume doesn't look too deep.

OMG, thank you for these, they are incredible. Some of these areas can already be seen in the Welcome Aboard the Disneyland Railroad book, but I've never actually seen inside the building, the book simply talks about it in detail and has a layout plan.

I like how it shows the backstage area right behind it's a small world. To think how many parades over the years have lined up on that street.
