You know what, I think the scene looks a little bland now without all the food props. We need something to fill the void...Maybe the Will Turner and Ms. Swan AA's everyone's talking about. Or some sword fighting pirates, OOHH! Maybe both? All right I'll come back down to earth again..

In all honesty, the ride looks great. I was hoping they would surprise us with a couple of extras but, you get what you get and move on.

That's the pirate & animals I'm talking about. If you have the book on POTC it has a photo showing the whole scene (the chase) to orientate you. I couldn't scan it since the book is semi-hardbound. I might rip the spine.
Thanks so much! I remember the scene now thanks to your visual aid

Was the horse pulling a cart that had overturned in WOM? I don't recall ever seeing this attraction in person but I have seen old photos.

PS - if "E-Ticket" gives you any grief you can remind them that you were fully acknowledging the source and showing what a great publication they put out to wonderful Disney fans such as yourself. If that does not work then send them my way and I will set them straight

    Sounds like 'Pimp' Charming

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

Actually, I don't kiss him at all. He's been banished to a fully enclosed rocking cart on the Sunwheel... hopefully never to be seen or heard from again, especially by children.

Actually, I think it was the horse later in the scene. The horse that had fallen over was white and had many more functions programmed in it. That horse is/nearly is static. You wanna know something else, I've never ridden WOM! I've just used alot, and i mean a lot to learn more about it. I found a vid over on Disney Central Torrents and thats where I saw the other horse.

P.S.:Thanks for your support if The "E" ticket goes nuts. I have a feeling they're too busy writing their issues to notice little old me...

Wow, you must do your research then because I did not even remember hearing about WOM until I started to listen to a site that broadcasts DL and WDW songs, attraction soundtracks, and just about any other park sound you can imagine. I am glad you did learn about it though because it is always fun to learn about some of the attractions from Yesterdayland, even if we never were able to experience them. Plus, I get to benefit from your knowledge and of course your subscription to "E-Ticket"

Oh wow. I was right, there is a story there. And that also explains the giant potato stuck in the "Chicken coop in the sky", I mean sunwheel.

Does the parrot on the island talk?

I do sort of miss the old island a bit. The parrot just looks a bit "off" on the shovel - the map is great but I wish they would have saved the fiber-opted map - it gave the island some movement and color.

    Yes.

From the video's I've heard the parrot talks but only in short repetitive phrases unlike WDW's old barker bird.
