Y.M.C.A.: "That's some sort of code. Isn't it?"

I just listened to the Block Party Bash soundtrack, and I caught Buzz Lightyear saying this.

    ... very funny.

You gotta love those parade people.

Y.M.C.A. is a famous song The Village People sang way back in the age of disco. They turned it into the Gay Boys athem. But it actually stands for:

    Young Mens Christian Association

They provide rooms at cheap prices for many kids who travel around the world. There is also an asscociation YWCA for the ladies. They have been around for a long time. And yes, there were stories and rumors about what went on inside, but most of it was not true to the degree that it sounded like. There is one in Downtown LA and one in Hollywood and probably one in every major city in the world.

Now this is got to be the best YMCA ever. A lot of the DL, Knott's, SeaWorld, and San Diego Zoo performers have came out of this Y.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh... I think the original poster was just commenting on Buzz Lightyear's overheard remark regarding YMCA during the Block Party Bash.

And I agree, that made me chuckle.

PI: That is a very funny line.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

I am the only one who doesn't get why that line is soooo funny?

That Buzz isn't afraid of his metrosexual side, no way! I agree that it's a pretty amusing line.
