Pirates Popcorn Buckets

Hi all!

I had a great time a few weeks ago getting to go on Pirates the day it re-opened. I just missed Darkbeer on the Tuesday, Im in one of his photos, just as he was about to board the Mark Twain, we were getting off. Thanks to the info I found here, I asked and may family and I got to pilot the ship in the wheelhouse! Definatly a great time and memories for us all.

One thing I did want to get but could not find (perhaps due to crowds the ODV popcorn cart wasn't there), is the Pirates Popcorn bucket. As silly as it sounds we like to collect, and use them at home. They help to insure equal portions, and make the popcorn taste better! Does anyone know if these are out yet? If so I'll ask DeliverEars if this is something they can send me, or if someone here can, I'll send them $20.00 paypal so they can buy 2 buckets, eat the popcorn, and ship them to us.

Yes they are out. I got one a week ago Wednesday.

Haven't seen them myself, but next trip I'll be looking for one, let's see that would be Sunday!

Are the buckets available around the park, or only at the station near the ride? I remember a few years ago the Nightmare Before Christmas ones were only at that one location near the HM. I want to be sure if I need to contact Deliverears I send them to the right stand!

I want the pirates bucket! I'll look for them next week.

I got mine at the stand by the ROA. I'm not sure if they are sold throughout the park or not. The coffee stand over there also has the travel mug.

Really, a travel mug too? I may need a few of those as well. We bought the NBC ones a few years ago and still get comments on them at work. Time to hunt some money down to get those too.

If you go to the EL Capitan and see the pirate movie you can get a bucket there too...

I've seen the buckets I want to get one. Are there also hot cocoa mugs? Geez I need to go see ELP and snack on those two great items.

I saw them available at at least two different popcorn carts when I was there about a week ago or so. $5 for popcorn in the souvenir bucket.

I'm gonna try DeliverEARS (Thx for the # Crazylegs) tommorow or Monday. If they can't help out, I'll take you up on that. I'll want a few cups too, so if anyone knows the price, I'll adjust the $$'s accordingly.

I would have loved to see it at the El Capitain, but being stuck in Las Vegas it's a bit of a long trip since our DL passes are blacked out for the next month or so (And I want to be sure I get them while they are out!)

Since he's no longer there, it's a collectable.
Right now you can get all the new crap on everything
(well, depends on how well the movies go, maybe not too much longer)
