I just love these trip reports, for us to see that are so far, far away...

Damn it, I knew I shouldn't have left the hub so early!!!! I booked out of there at 12:15, as soon as my Dole Whip and pineapple spear were gone.

I must explain what SusieP and I were discussing at the Gallery.

I was showing her some art by an imagineer named Jim Shull. See, back in the late 80's/early 90's my family owned a video store in Canyon Country and Jim was a customer with us. He worked on ToonTown and he rented a video called Mickey Knows Best from us for like 3 months to do research for the project during the summer of 1990. WHY he couldn't get the video from work, I have no idea. But after 3 months he returned the video and paid the exhorbitant fees that came along with renting it for 3+ months. He shoulda just bought it from us but he didn't <shrugs>

So, in a way (at least in my head), I had a part in the design of ToonTown.
