Thanks . After I get done talking to my grandma about discounts, I will have to order those tickets. I hear that apparently if you order them over the net, you should order atleast 17 days in advance depending on where I live. Then I have to pay for shipping.

Here is another question. Is there anyway I can pay for them over the phone and ask for Disney to ship them to my friends house instead of my own (Just so they can already be in California by the time I get there?)

That is an EXTREMELY good idea. Is "Will Call" when you go up to the front gates, tell them you ordered the tickets and they print them out for ya?

Second question. I don't have a credit card but I am over 21 yrs old. So I may have to use my moms credit card. Does that mean the tickets will be reserved under her name? And if so, does that mean that she would be the only one who could pick them up? Or can I order them with her card and reserve them under my name?

Right next the window labeled, "Will Turner."

You have to go to a ticket booth with your internet receipt.

And do note that for a single day, that's a huge cost to get into DCA when you've already paid $59 to enter DL (IMO). That's time outside of DL.

Second question is a little tougher. Most places I've ordered via will call (Fandango, for POTC movie tickets) require the credit card be shown before they'll hand over tickets.
I suggest calling the resort if you don't get a satisfactory answer here in the next day or so.

Okay cool, I think I will do that then.

I am guessing that since we need to show an internet receipt, this means I will have to order the tickets from the official Disneyland website right?

You can also buy the 1 day park hoppers at any Vons store in Southern California. That way you can go straight into the park.

You are correct about ordering direct from the Disneyland website. I ordered a 5 day park hopper back in 2/06, and had it held at will call. I had to show both the internet receipt, and the credit card it was purchased with. I believe it states the bit about showing the credit card at the website.

Also, anybody know if the Disney stores sell 1 day park hoppers, or do they just sell the multiple days? That could be an option...

Hope you have a great trip!

    Thanks Angelica.

So here is my next question, whould they question me or something for not being the original owner of the card? Or does my mom have to be there when the card is being checked?

I believe the whole point of being required to show the credit card, would be that the card holder would be there. So yes, I believe they would seriously question you regarding you not being the card holder...

As they say: "That's how they get you!"

Well if that is the case, then I guess I can't reserve my tickets that way .

Oh well I have several more ideas.

    Re: Disneyland Park-Hopper Ticket Prices

Here's a clue as to how tough Disney are on rules:

I was at the park this last Saturday, and as I was picking up my tickets at the guest services window, I overheard a man talking on his cell phone saying "they" (Disney), would not give him his tickets because someone else had bought them for him. He then asked whoever he was talking to if they could come down to pick-up the tickets. From his conversation, the tickets were a wedding gift, cool gift.

So I would say Disney is a stickler for who's name is on the credit card.
