NFFC was fun but...

I found this guy there with a stand 2 other people were running it and he had this:

He said it was 15 bucks and 5 for an extra one for me and I said no just the one please and I feel dumb for not doing it that was a bargain.
Anyway I got home set it up with my monorail when I realized that the center piece the one that allows the monorail to go all the way through the switch track was gone everything else was there but this piece was not.
The convention is over and I don’t think I can track this guy down ever, does anyone have any suggestions cause I'm not sure if Disney can refund me or anything?
BTW sorry if this is in the wrong area.

why don't you contact the nffc organizers tell them the situation and then let them know exactly where the stand was. they should know who they are and maybe redirect your concern
