Did find out some new information some good some bad!
Good news is that the servers will no longer have to wear the those hot kimonos. Now they will be in slacks and a Yamabuki shirt.
Bad news...for the six weeks most will have to go work at other restauarants around DTD or parks and some will be on standby. Not good when you are full time.
Good news is that the entire facilities will be renovated with new decor to match the 2000s and have a more asian look to it. The sushi bar will still be available for those of you requiring a quick sushi fix.
Bad news....they are moving away from a combo style lunch and dinner and going to an ala carte menu. This means that you will have to mix and match the items you want for your dinner. Also means it could potentially be MORE expensive! Hopefully food quality will remain the same.
There also may be shabu shabu (Benihana of Tokyo style) seating so if you come with a group you can all sit together and watch the chef prepare your meal. This is a maybe though!
Looking forward to the new changes.
