Whoops! Wrong Orange County. My apologies!

You are quite linquistically right. I stand corrected.

Sorry dude, but it is all the "Los Angeles Metro".

Everything from Santa Barbara to camp Pendelton and from the sea to Indio is ALL Los Angeles (metro).

    Deal with it.

In a similar vein, Corona, Temecula, Murrietta, and the rest of the "951" are NOT in O.C. .......

(note I did not say " 'the' O.C.", which is, I believe, a TV show)

People from the East Coast, Europe, Asia, etc don't know where Anaheim is, but they know where LA is.

But, I get burned when people think Long Beach is in Orange County. NO!

DL is entirely in Orange County..

WDW is mostly in Orange county.....all the way into half of AK... Then yours in Oceola county...... so once you hit AK.. your going into the other county...

but i did find it interesting.. and how the Interstates are I-5 (DL) & I-4(WDW) and both have traffic problems.. (thought I-4 is under construction for 3-5 more years i have heard)

Rush hour must drive you crazy! And I thought OC traffic was bad, until I drove to LA!

WDW is on I-4. DLR is on The 5. remember that people. :-)

    It's THE 5 near THE 91 and THE 57. :-p

Oh, and us refugees from the 909 always called it the Orange Curtain. but that was out of jealousy. But I later learned that the Crab Cooker makes up for all political issues in OC.

It's just "O.C.", people. Surfers rule. FX Troop. Where's Delhi? What exactly is a "Triangle Square"? Long Live the Cinedomes! What's Garden Grove's other name and what's Lake Forest's old name (no cheating by googling it)? Name the previous incarnations of the Tower Records at Newport Blvd. and 17th. And Taco Mesa is known for more than just food (5 points if you guess correctly what it is).
    AGREED! OC, not "the" OC.

Triangle Square is at the intersection of Harbor Blvd and PCH and has horrible parking. Garden Grove is also known as Garbage Grove, and Lake Forest is a part of El Toro that got snooty - its "forest" is a whole bunch of eucalyptus trees planted by the railroad guys because they grow fast - only to realize later that eucalyptus makes horrible railroad ties... so the trees didn't get cut down. I haven't looked to see exactly where Tower is located, but my guess is it's either the old Nike store, or maybe a Virgin Records? No idea about Taco Mesa, but I just discovered the delicious tacos at Fresca's.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

Another thing that bugged me? When the Angles won the series and the news stations started calling them "The LA Angles". NO!!! Its Anaheim! You have your Dodgers, and OC Register wont be calling them the Anaheim Dodgers if they EVER win...

    Dude, get a grip.

The New York jets play in New Jersy.

The Denver Broncos play in Lakewood.

The Phoenix Coyotes have a new stadium in Glendale...

It is okay, becuase the New York Metro stretches into Jersy.
Lakewood is part of Denver Metro
Glendale is part of Phoenix Metro.

Anaheim (and all of Orange County) is part of the Los Angeles Metro.
