    1974

    so at my aunt's house in england i found on the side a book from 1974. it was actually Disneyland Magizine Annual 1974. i asked if she was going to keep it and she was actually going to through it away.

    so now it lives in america and i took a couple of pictures for you guys.
    the book features comics of Alice in wonderland and peterpan and alsorts of disney treats

    Thanks for sharing, and please share more if you can. Please forgive me for repeating, MC friends...1974 was special for me...the year I graduated from Garden Grove HS, and the year I started working at DL.

    yeah i have no clue bout that im assuming they're promoting alladin but i thought that came out inthe 80s or 90s

    thats really weird

    aladdin was a character before not created by disney
    and there is no actual pictures of any characters from the movie just every one is dressed arabic

    This might help some about the Aladdin question. To the best of my admittedly shaky recollection, there was nothing Aladdin-related in the park at that time.

    But doing a little research about "Aladdin and his Wonderful Lamp" as referred to on the cover above...I see that Walt Disney publishing put out a 40-page book children's book by the same name in 1978...four years later. I assume that the connection is in there somewhere.
