Lady3jane's Bats Day photos

First, the Micechatters:

And now some of my favorite outfits:

Finally, Tweedledum and the Queen of Hearts being feisty!

This was my first Bats Day and I really loved it. It reminded me of when I was young and used to dress up and go out to "see and be seen". It wasn't too hot (unless you were Sadako in pleather!) Everyone was very friendly and happy. The organizers took a ton of pictures, so some Micechatters will show up on their website. HM at night was amazing - the line went around the fountain area and down to the entrance to the French Market. Regular DL guests (the few that dared) were allowed to enter through the handicapped entrance. Goths had their picture taken as they entered the gate, and then group pics were taken on the stairs of the Mansion by the organizers and DL CMs. There were lots of extra CMs helping things run smoothly and they seemed to enjoy doing it. It was cool to descend in the stretching room when everyone knew all the words and for once it was ok to recite them! It was like a mass chant.

Great pics! Sorry we disappeared so quickly, I was never sure if you heard me telling you where we were going or not, but we were trying to beat the Fantasmic crowd out of the area, so we had to dash. Glad we got to see you again with your little girl though!
