Strange things in the water around the castle?

I was at DL tonight and noticed that there were little "stages" hovering on the water on both sides of the castle. Plus TONS of cable wires running all OVER the freakin' place. Anyone know if they're gonna shoot fireworks off those platforms or something?

With all this talk of "off the shelf" and "on the back-burner" it seems the only thing that DCA is really missing is the kitchen sink!

What better location for a 80 piece orchestra to not mess up the paths by blocking areas.... (thought i would hate to be leaving those stages with my instrument..)

Okay, there are giant stages set up in the castle moat, they are set about two feet above the water level, and thy cover almost the entire area. I wish I had my camera!
