Someplace on the Interweb, there is a story about this (source deliberately not included). Whether it happened or not is also subject to debate, but if we assume the story is true, then it sounds like a pretty interesting meeting, and it would say a lot about Iger's management style and, well, about DCA's current and future state.

I heard about the meeting also, through a friend who knows an art director I (yes, yes, I know it's vague...)

I hope this is true...
that would be the second amazing thing that Igar has done to impress me. (first being Pixar!)
I understand that this is just a rumor, but I would buy into this rumor... why? becauase Igar has proven to me with the Pixar purchase that good people are worth listening to and utilizing.
That's what many people that have worked for Disney throughout recent years should have done!
If they can sell books online on how to run your company like Walt Disney, then why didn't think of this before.
If it's true then I think it's brilliant and I admire that he did that.
