Yes, but Eisner is also known to be an Iron Fist in the usiness industry. So if he were to uppercut Walt with that Iron Fist of his, I think Eisner would win.
BUT Walt is very creative. So he can think of creative ways to outsmart Eisner in a wrestling match.
So I guess it really comes to Smartness Vs. Strength

Walt would win because thousands of Cast Members and millions of fans would rush in to provide support. It would look like that wildebeest scene in Lion King.
Over on Eisner's side...you'd hear crickets chirping.
Goofy is not remotely a cow, despite the interspecies dating. First of all, he's male, so if he was a bovine, he'd have to be a bull. And if he was, he'd have horns.
I know this is silly but to clear up a common misconception both cows and bulls can have horns. Some breeds do not have horns. It is a characteristic and a bovine without horns (either male or female) is referred to as polled.
For example Both male and female Herefords (red and white cows used for the restaurant Cattleman's) have horns. The black Angus that is specially sold at many stories comes from polled Angus (both male and females do not have horns).
Livestock information is not a hot topic but since this topic is about things you want to know, there you go.
I always thought of Goofy a bit like Gonzo... he's a, umm... err... he's a whatever!
Our revels now are ended. These our actors, As I foretold you, were all spirits and Are melted into air, into thin air: And, like the baseless fabric of this vision, The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces, The solemn temples, the great globe itself, Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve And, like this insubstantial pageant faded, Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff As dreams are made on, and our little life Is rounded with a sleep. mycroft16 on Twitter
