The newest thing at the Disneyland Bathrooms - Advertisments

This sign was found in the Men's room (but I was told it was also in the Ladies room) at Ariel's Grotto in DCA....

I presume most of us already know how to wash our hands.....

Some people need directions for everything...

But seriously, I'm all for emcouraging everyone to wash their hands.
I am not a germaphobe, but there is alot of different germs at DL!

Well, there's one to add to the list of "OPEN BAG, EAT NUTS" classics... Meanwhile, they should've just put up a picture of the Brawny man if they wanted bathroom entertainment. The new one.

You always think that everyone should know how to do that. But there's always a few that don't. These are the same few who possible don't even wash their hands after using the restroom. Maybe the signs are there to also catch their attention.

I totally disagree witht he directions. If one wets their hands first the soap slides right off, but if you put the soap on first then add water you can control the viscosity of the bubbles and I feel get your hands much cleaner. However, washing your hands in the public bathroom does not help anyway. There are germs on everything you touch on the way out. So, after I wash my hands and make outside I sanitize as well...

No need to overanalyze this one.

Brawny is one of Disney's omnipresent park sponsors. They are just about everywhere. (But I'm still trying to make the logical connection between stunt cars and paper towels.)

Anyway, they obviously want their corporate presence to be known. But putting up a sign at each restroom, "Sponsored by Brawny" would be considered tasteless. So instead, they place hand washing instructions near the sinks with their brand logo at the bottom.

Still a bit tacky, but not nearly as obnoxious.

A simple "Please wash your hands" would have sufficed... But I doubt they were serious. Brawny have been making fun of themselves in ads for a while now.

Thats how you do it! I always started with the paper towel, then the water, then the soap... Made it hard to grasp the door handle as I left, this makes so much more sense! Another life lesson from our friends at Disney!

This is nothing! Wait until Darkbeer post the pictures of the signs in the stalls telling you how to use the toilet paper!
