There probably another set to take the Columbia to it's "mooring" area
and another to off-load both to a service area.

Both boats operate on the same rail.

I thought that also, until I realized that with Pirates, there's never a FULL bottle of rum. That's just a waste of good rum.

In regards to the rum, someone who was already somewhat intoxicated prolly thought the river was a great place to stash their booze and then forgot about it or it had sunk to the bottom by the time they came back

Probably only a switch to the mooring area. I believe the main track comes by the dock. You never see the boats passing one another by the dock, or anywhere other than that mooring area.

Re: What's at the bottom of Rivers of America?

Oh, I remember that. I think I was there on the first day of the dry maintanence, because they didn't have the wall up. At all. I walked into New Orleans Square in the morning and saw into the riverbed. The wall went up later that day, though not at the train track. I got a bunch of pictures, which were all lost in a catastrophic hard drive crash.

I've also heard of TVs and ECVs being retrieved from the river. Rumor says that it's 3rd shift CMs who dispose of that sort of stuff in the river.
