Maybe you could start some new kind of collection, like pressed pennies, or do a progressive dinner with appetizers at one restaurant, entree somewhere else, and dessert at a 3rd place.

Or you could just wear you wifes undies that would maybe be new and fun too.
oh that would be a suprise

And if you're staying at one of the DLR hotels, you can have special gift baskets sent to your room!

Yeah, or better yet, this is something sort of like I have done. When you go in to brush your teeth before bed, make sure she's already in bed.....and then you 'strip down' and come out with nothing on but Mickey Ears and say "Honey, I'm ready for the "E-ticket"."

Maybe that's a bit 'over the edge' but I think it's a totally funny thing.

I collected all of the 50th pressed pennies on my last birthday. That was a lot of fun and forces you to walk all over the resort and find the machines tucked away in little corners. Very fun.
And I have to second the Cove Bar suggestion. It's such a cool place to kick back. Also, I suggest trying the wine tasting outside Season's of the Vine. If you're into wine, or just a beginner, the cast members are great to chat with.
Then you can end the evening on the Sun Wheel.
    The two of you...
    ...alone in a gondola...
    ...the possibilities are endless...
    and endlessly intriguing.
But stay away from the moving gondolas. After all the liquor imbibed at the Golden Vine and Cove Bar, you'll probably just end up hurling.
    And that is NOT romantic.
