Gay Days @ Disneyland...Who's Going This Year???

Its a secret!
We are taking our daughter and lovely daughter-in-law on the 5th,6th,and 7th. They think we are taking them to Reno.
I got them each matching red t-shirts that are not dirty, just a little racy, but cute.
Our daughter-in-law is in school right now and (cut to the chase), they really wanted to go this year but couldn't afford it right now.
They also gave up thier anniversary at the big Pride celebration in San Francisco this year for the same reason. We usually go and stay two nights, so its a big deal to us. Then they tried to plan a trip in Oct for gay day at Disneyland, and couldn't do that.
So my husband said it cost only a little more to go to Disneyland than take them to Reno. He always has to surprise everyone, so they have no idea.
So I am super excited, we will be there wearing our red for sure!!

Oh my gosh Karla!!! You and All Aglow are making this really hard.... If I can find someone to cover my night shift on the 7th... then I will try to come down for the Sunday meet... members of my family are going to be really pis..er.. upset but its not the first time and it won't be the last...

They just treated us for our 29th anniversary to Elton John in concert.
We went Friday evening, and it was just unbelievable! He played for three hours, and it was just awesome. A great night for sure. We will spring it on them as soon as we get in the car, because they know the way.

I have been lurking because of the hectic summer activities. Gay Days has brought me out of the shadows. Yeah!

Wish I could be there. sigh, I will be at DL Oct. 3-5 just before the celebration. However, if anyone wants to have a mini meet before the actual event that would be super. Just PM.
It would be cool if this was the year of a million Wishes. Then maybe this one would come true. (umm, then again, maybe I'd just get a complimentary churro. hee hee) Would just love meeting all of you!

I usually eat at the HUNGRY BEAR for the BEAR LUNCH! hahah (they usually have one in the afternoon at 12 or 1 or something... have the Gay Day schedules come out yet?)

By the way, MiceChat will meet at the Hub at Noon on both days. We may have an earlier meet as well for people who want to get there early. But later is always better on Gay Days. So we may want to plan a 4pm meet somewhere as well.
