My print of the stretching portaits has been in the tube for about 4 months. Now I don't feel so lame that it's still there, since everyone else does the same thing!Framing the darn thing is gonna be so expensive!!!

sorry to bring this thread back up, but can anyone give me a rough estimate on how much it cost to frame your prints? like how big it was and the price you paid. just some "ish" prices if you dont want to say.
It was a few years back and I had 2 pieces framed. I had a 50% off coupon or buy one get one free or something. I paid around $400 I think. I went ot Joann Fabrics. I would watch for coupons for Places like Micheals and Joanne fabrics fro savings on framing.
looks like they'll be staying in the tube for a little longer then.....
Well one thing to think about is that you can go in and get an estimate and if it is not any good, do it later.
Oooo. I'm sooooooo taking a picture of my framed NOS print tonight.
I got it framed relatively quickly...it's the HANGING part that I'm waffling on. It's just sitting on the floor...out of the way...begging to be seen...
Here it is...but the photo doesn't do it justice.
Worked in NOS, back in the day, so I had to get it. It was a print from the Disneyland Hotel and sold on Disney Auctions. Got it for $25.
Didn't get the frame for $25, though.
