It's been a good long while since Vic and I dined at Catal, though when we did, we certainly had great meals. We've haunted the Uva Bar lately. The compressed "Mancheco Salad" (I hope I spelled that right) is a favorite. It doesn't look like much when it arrives, but when you touch it with your fork, it explodes into a really nice plate of fresh food!
I've never been disappointed at Catal or Uva!
