You're just itching for a flame war, aren't you?
I hear TDL is an awesome park. I have never been there though, so this is not a topic I can discuss/debate/flame...w/e...![]()
Actually it is a very good question and one that should spark a great deal of discussion. I really don't know enough to compare the two, however I have heard lots of awesome things about Tokyo Disneyland and the resort over there. They have some awesome entertainment shows and parades that i have seen on video online. It seems that no expense is sprared for their guests.
Hi Eaglewings, just my two cents for what it is worth. If you are really concerned how TDL compares to DL plan a trip there for yourself and compare the two. Your opinion is all matters anyways. Don't take others opinions personally, even if a thread you started did get "crashed" ....it is only the internet.
P.S. Starting a thread like this does seem a bit flamish![]()
there is no popular demand for this...
now in the WDW forum....
so you put it in the forum about ANOTHER park?
Isn't the title DL vs Toyko DL? What's that gotta do with Florida?
This does seem to be trolling for flames.

maybe i should learn how to complete sentences and such....
what i ment to say...
there is not much in this situration, because you dont have many experiences...
but with WDW and it's forum... you have many... (and already can find comparisons..)
really.. TDL it in a class of it's own... HK would be closer to DL....
Tokyo is more like a combination of both parks... plussed.
I've never been there, but TDL should be given a special medal for the genius of DisneySea.
I look forward to getting there in the next few years, although I'm still recoupering the spending after the trip to HKDL.
Very much so. The entrance to HK and Main Street are practically identical, and were it not for the mountains in the background, you'd never be able to tell the difference at first glance. While it has some unique open spaces - Adventureland, for example - it is on the whole smaller than Disneyland.Originally Posted by figment1986
Tokyo by contrast has some wide open spaces to accomodate the influx of crowds. This apparently means fewer rides.
This wonderful site offers a good summary:

Have people been "crashing" multiple threads of yours? I don't look at every last thread here, but I've only seen one thread that was "crashed" that relates to the topic of this thread.
Really, are you that upset over the Tokyo Disneyland discussion in your HalloweenTime pics thread? All of the Tokyo discussion was relating to your Halloween-related discussion.![]()
