The giant Mickey Jack-O-Lantern was placed on Main Street, USA I assume last night. I'm suprised there are no pictures on MiceChat about it - but maybe they will come later this evening as all the MiceChatters get home from Disneyland

DisneylandNews.com has some photos, but unfortunately all we have to work with are their tiny thumbnails, because only approved members of the press may download the photos, and the old tricks of playing with the thumbnail's URL doesnt work any longer.

I don't remember seeing this prop at TDL before.. Must be new for DL?? BTW... I love love love the candy corn out front in the Esplanade.

Nope, I believe it's a brand new decoration/prop. There was a photo of them building the new Mickey Jack-O-Lantern in a recent DisneyInsider e-newsletter:

huh...I figured it would have been where they place the tree, in the center, not like they seem to be doing it, digging up the grass and such. Oh well. Gotta love backstage Disney magic.

Thanks for posting these. It was posted(again MG) in the Disney Insider that this was the same spot as the Xmas Tree. I love it that they have done more with Halloween this year.
