Is there something or anything at Disneyland that really boils your blood so bad that you just want to blurt something out and go down in a firery blaze just to redeem the respect of every Disney fan out there?
Of course, hypothetically speaking![]()

Paradise Pier. Create a real land back there or turn it back into a parking lot. I totally find it offensive to tourists everywhere. Pay full price for a Disney park and get a carnival. Not what you expect from a Disney park no matter how fun the unthemed coaster is.
the peoplemover track, the skyway chalet, the submarine lagoon. I don't think walt intended his loyal fans to one day stare at these things in anger.

I'm not personally offended by any of these things, and I've been going to DL since I was four! Of course, the last time I visited was when I was 18, but still, I am not offended by anything.
Times and staff change.
I mean, look at companies from the past.
Do you think people get offended by Cosmopolitian Magazine when it became the super risque piece of garbage it is today compared to it's more 'contemporary' style back in the 60s? Of course!
It goes back to the old idea of that people don't like change, even though change is inevitiable.
Pirates being changed!! add that to the list.Originally Posted by junglecruiser
Eisner's narration of "One Man's Dream". Ruined it for me, totally. I feel sorry for the CM's who work that one.
The problem is that the "going" really outweighs the "coming". They haven't added as much cool stuff as they have taken away, IMO.Originally Posted by TheManator

To see that Disneyland, once the primo place to see something creative, had become a business venture run by people that lack any sort of imagination. The abandoned Tomorrowland, the dreadfullt themed DCA, the Pooh attraction, $2.50 for 20oz of soda...
These are a few of my least favorite things at the park.
I can't say I'm offended by them, I don't offend easily.![]()
not sure about what disturbs be at the resort, but that Eisner picture is kinda scarying me right now![]()
It really gripes me that you can see CM's coming and going to work through the parking area in costume. So unprofessional.![]()
That just goes against everything that Walt wanted at DL; ruins the whole show.
I'm tired of getting rides that WDW had to deem as worthy first. I want a new, unique-to-Disneyland ride and I want it now. No more clones.
"Do it for me then. Your gaming buddies are going to be there too. It will be good for you kids to go out and blow the stink off yourselves for one night."
"Fine. For you. And for the eradication of stink."
LoL I totally misinterpreted the question. I was going to say when tourists don't wear deodorant. Heh.
*leaves the thread sheepishly*
I agree 100% on this statement!!Originally Posted by jsmith157

I should be offended by the horrible ethnic sterotypes at Small World, but instead I just laugh at them. I should also be offended by the sexist representation of women throughout the parks, but I usually don't pay attention to it because I do not enjoy most of the fantasyland rides. I should also be offended by the horrible representation of Native Americans, then I remeber that we gave them all casinos so everything is just perfect.
