    I thought they were gone??

I just looked up the calendar for when I'm there and they are listed.

Glad to see that they are back!

Yes...Definitely see their show! It's a real hoot!

And it's included with Park admission! (yes, no extra charge)

Of course, they do offer you food and drinks while you wait/watch the show. And yes, you do have to pay for the food.

But don't get me wrong, you are not obligated in ANY way to buy anything just to watch the show.

    Enjoy!

here is a thought: since there are a lot of people who believe that the original stage show should come back, why not both? the original show during regular(non peak) season, and the billys during the summer(peak) season??

If you have never seen the Billies you gotta Go they are a highly Telented bunch of guys that do what they enjoy and enjoy doing what they do, and sometimes the antics and raw hillbilly style humour will come out in almost every show.

They also have a following of "billy Groupies"that are almost at every show, especially the weekends.

On or off the stage these are a great bunch of talented guys !

No, no reservations needed. There are listed showtimes. Just show up about a half an hour before (for best seat selection) get comfortable and enjoy the show!

Hi ....my first post here at Mice Chat. My name is Jan and I am the webmistress at www.thebillys.net , the "official" website for the Billy Hill team who play on Sundays and Mondays at the Golden Horseshoe. I also do fan pages for all three Billy Hill teams at www.jansworld.net . There you will find my History of the Golden Horseshoe Saloon: 1955 - 2005 webpage, as well. I'm enjoying reading all the threads here....very interesting indeed!

Oh so they do it by days! Cool. I gotta get there on a Sunday to do a micechat meet and to see the good Billies (no offense to the others... but these guys are freakin' amazing).

Ohmygoodness you MUST see Billy Hill and the Hillbillies! I saw them for the first time last year and was like *what?* My best friend insisted we go...and I'm hooked! Everytime we go now, I have to take anybody who has never seen them.

P.S. *Billy* is also an Elvis impersenator, he performs at a small club/lounge in downtown Fullerton on Wednesday nights. *The Continental Room* is just up the street from Anaheim off of Harbor. He's awesome as Elvis!

They aren't listed on the November calendar yet, I hope they will be performing then.

I am also a huge fan of the Billies. Each group of Billies has there own dynamics. I noticed that with the group with Billie Elvis, the show is mostly focused on him. In the other group, the show seems to be more of an ensemble, which I really like. And two thumbs up for Billie Bass!!!!
