Which Residence Inn?

Well its that time of year again, and this year we are going to try the Residence Inn. Question is which one? Anyone been to both????

We have reservations for a 2 BR suite..... Mom and Dad, Grandma and 9 yr old autistic girl, who LOVEs to bounce! So I am leaning towords maingate so there will be no one downstairs...

Take the shuttle? Any tips?

Any thoughts anyone?

Laurie

Re: Which Residence Inn?

I really like the residence Inn on Clementine. they have their own shuttle, a great breakfast and even a "happy hour" dinner Monday thru Thursday.

We've always been treated so well. One time, my son was really little and we ran out of milk - I called the front desk around 2 a.m. and they brought me a half gallon. So sweet.

We have stayed at the Residence Inn at the corner of Chapman and Harbor. Really nice rooms, Breakfast buffet. Gotta love the ready to make waffles! yUMM! We had a nice suite there and the bus from the Hyatt was every thirty minutes.

What she said! It's a great place to stay, especially with kids.

Re: Which Residence Inn?

We stayed at the Maingate Residence Inn.

We had the best time. Awesome breakfast, swimming pools are dreamy (hot pool, medium pool, heated pool), you can actually see the fireworks from the pool. Very clean, very professional and of course, nice shuttle service.

Yep, I'm with TicTocDragon!

When we don't stay at the DL Hotel, it's the Residence Inn on Harbor @ Chapman. (never stayed at the other one, so can't comment on that one)

Never a problem and they're always pleased to help if you need something.

Gotta love them waffles!

GREAT rates too!
