If we are talking strictly in the parks..hands down it would be Taste Pilots Grill. I have never had a burger at any of the hotels.

    Moon burger
As nice as the other parks are, we must always remember that it all began at Disneyland. Disneyland should be the crown jewel in the Disney crown.

We used to get those from Tomorrowland Terrace and take them on the Peoplemover and eat dinner up there!

There hasn't been a decent burger at either Hungry Bear or Tomorrowland Terrace since about 1994.

No, if you want a decent hamburger, you're going to have to either hit DTD or walk across the street to IHOP or one of the other eateries on Harbor.

Totally agreed. When I got the Moon Burger, it was in the mid 1980's.

We went on a school field trip to DL, and two of the moms were splitting a burger at the place in tomorrowland, and there was a cokroach in the bun Thank God they cut it in half! The lady's husband was a health inspector in Anaheim, and he got over their in 15 minutes. There were cockroaches in all the buns! It turns out it was the food distributor's fault, not DL but still gross

    Re: Best Burger?

I remember the cheeseburgers at Tomorrowland Terrace as really pretty good... many years ago. Earlier this year we had burgers there. YUCCH!

There's some good, fresh stuff in DCA. Otherwise, putting any Disneyland food item on the same planet with the word "best" is probably not possible.

Agreed. I only know two people including myself who have never gotten sick of eating from there. Everyone else I'm familiar with has ended up running to the bathroom soon after digesting their burgers.
    I lurk.

I tell 'ya...you'd get no argument from me on that one! Ugh.

You know in the "old days" just about every burger location...Tomorrowland Terrace, Plaza Gardens, Stage Door, Fan 1&2, etc, etc...used to have great char-broiled burgers. Today...within Disneyland...it's hard to find even one!

I think the burgers suffered back when there are some Air Quality requirements that shut down the type of char-broiling that Disneyland used to do.

That little free-standing stand that was out by the Aussie's Pub/Wharf Bar/Lost Boys Bar at the Disneyland Hotel used to have decent burgers (along with ice cream and shakes). Is that still there? Is that what someone in this thread referred to as "Crocs?"

One of the best burgers anywhere on property used to be made right at the Wharf Bar/Aussie's Pub. What is now the Lost Boys Bar's little "back room" was actually a grill in there and it had a flip-up wood window on the side that faces that other food shack (which was Carnation at one time). They did a great Hawaiian Burger there (among many others). Burger and booze without leaving your barstool! Fantastic! Wish they'd re-open that one!
