Apologies if this is already widely known, but are they bringing back seldom seen characters for the new promotoin?

I don't know about that but at Mickey's Halloween Treat at WDW three years ago right after we got off POTC Rafiki walked up to my Dad and tapped him on the shoulder. It scared him to death. He was so suprised. Since I could see that it was happening I had my video camera out and me and my wife sat and laughed. Seeing a thread about Rafiki reminded me about that. I need to find that tape.

Rafiki is out and about. He's in adventureland sometimes and is in the parade obviously.

We got pictures with Rafiki last year by the Tiki Room. Maybe he is just a hit or miss character.

The Penguins from Mary Poppins were out on this past Saturday ... they are semi-usually out on busy days. Normally you can find them near Main Street if they are out.
Didn't we find out that the penguin actually has a name? Like Frank or something? I sware I remember reading that in another thread somewhere around here.
When I went in Feb I saw the Penguin with Mary Poppins. I have proof!
I think they keep changing the names on the Penguins. Cause the 3 pictures I have of them and autoraphs they all have different names. And when I see other people with autographs from the Peguins it's different. Here are the 3 names I got.

My daughters had their pictures taken with a penguin at Goofy's Kitchen in August.
