If anything needs to be done to the ride, it should be moved to the pad being used by the orange stinger. It would be closer to the pier area and allow for a better more elaborate San francisco extension and viewing area for the future lagoon show.
As for it taking up space, it really doesnot take up much space, most of its structure is within the lagoon.
WAIT..... put in the center of the revolving stage in innoventions...but going he other way...... yeah, yeah.......corrodinate the speed and call it SPACESHIP EARTH... or something..... or then around it put dozens of little puppets all singing..... and call it IT"S A SMALL SPACESHIP EARTH... wait wait..... in the center have a robot that looks like Abe Lincoln and call it GREAT MOMENTS WITH A SMALL SPACESHIP.
We actually thought, why not, and rode it yesterday, and this is the idea we had in mind:

Most definately going to get flamed for this statement, but I think the Golden Zephyr would look cool and retro with a new metallic blue paint scheme to go along with its already silver rockets atop the old location of the Rocket Jets in Tomorrowland. I'll start running from the flaming I'm going to get now...
