I am looking specifically for the 22nd.
Sold out....but check out E-bay if your willing to pay the price.
I am watching that right now, thanks.
And whoever outbid me on the ticket i wanted... shame ;P
I'm bidding on a pair of tickets this time so if anyone wants to go in on it with me.. heh.
Bidding on ebay is horrible. $100 for 2 tickets? Shame.
I am happy, I won 4 tickets for under 130 on ebay! I did really well and am happy :)
I have one extra ticket for the 22nd. If you are interested, pm me. :)
I'm fighting through eBay to get 2 tickets on Halloween night. I wish I'd bought extra tickets now to sell on ebay because people are making big bucks off these tickets!
haha. okay the $100 for 2 tickets is ridiculous enough but now there's one that's starting bid of $51 for 2 tickets, with a buy it now of $159... but the funny part.. $21.80 for shipping!!! HA. Why didn't i buy like 20 tickets and sell them. I wanted to and stopped myself. This is completely ludicrous. Disney should start attaching AP tickets to the AP itself so that the APer must be present in order for them and their guests to get in. If the APer can't make it, they have to cancel their tickets. Then work out some system with general sale tickets so the purchaser must be present as well(or a name can be designated as the main attendee at the time of purchase, if a parent is buying tickets for their kids, someone's buying for a friend, etc..). Disney should get on top of ticket scalping.
I think when I go to disneyland next I'll stop in city hall and write this down as a friendly suggestion. If anyone else wants to, cool beans.
I have a feeling a lot of people won't get to go next year. All the tickets will wind up on eBay before we get the chance to buy them.
YES!! OOOOH YES! Scored 2 tickets for 10/31 =D $52, so $26 each but whatever.
I finally got 4 for $150. It sucks but my kids are going to have a blast, so it is worth it.
Didnt they sell out in the beginnning of october?
They sold out a while ago yeah. We're talking about buying them on ebay from people who are reselling them for profit at some pretty outrageous prices(such as the 4 for $150 that he just mentioned. ouch.)
I encourage everyone else to join me and write a small note at city hall that Disney should look into taking some measures preventing this from continually being a sporting event year after year with people buying quantities of tickets just to resell them for profit.
My suggestion was to tie AP-price purchased to the APer so that they must be present, and if they can't make it they have to have the tickets cancelled(because the point of AP priced tickets is that an APer is using them). And for general admission, have a name tied to it as well at the time of purchase(Even if it's not the purchaser, so that people can buy tickets for others). And then allow these cancellation & refunds up to a certain point before the event.
