No - don't go back - let's move forward. I'm sure we can make progress on something better.

To be sung to the tune of "I'm Just A Little Black Rain Cloud"

I'm just an empty ol dark....ride....
Using up space in crit-ter country,
I'm just an empty ol dark...ride,
Plopped down where Country Bears used to be.
    Everyone knows that a dark...ride,
Must make some traffic, yes quite a bit.
    I'm just hanging around,
    Under the ground,
Built like a big piece of sh....candy corn.

    1) New improved CBJ in DCA's Brother Bear show area. Move BB stage north of Red Wood Creek Challenge Trail.

    2) Replace Pooh ride with similar version of Tokyo's Hunny Hunt. Keep outdoor load area. Improve marque/entrance signage.

    3) Put bouncy Pooh ride vehicle/system in Mickey's Toontown House. House itself and outside is queue. Building is ride building. Vehicles redesigned to reflect Goofy, Donald, and Mickey. Story is Pete tries to reinvent himself in Mickey's place in the classic short films. 2 optional music selections used throughout ride and partly for repeatability/randomness- "Wiliam Tell Overture" and "The Storm.

Chip n Dale Acorn Crawl redesign with Mickey's Trailer and used for Meet-n-Greet.

Put it back where it was. It was the biggest waste of money for Disney to do that to the bears.

I for one loved the bears, but I have to say, when ever I did visit and take my then young daughter to see them, it was nearly empty, usually only one of the theaters running and no more than 20 people inside. That is why they are gone....True the replacement is below standards and that was the mistake. It is nice to know they are alive and kicking in Florida.

I would bring it back but put it in the Brother Bear area in DCA. It would fit pretty nicely.

put it in DCA, but give it all new songs to reflect the fact that the bears have now moved out to california. add some classic cali songs "california girls" etc, and some all new ones. this would bring back a classic attraction, but it will have been "plussed" (hopefully) to justify bringing it back, just as they are "plussing" the subs

Bring it to DCA Unless they can find room in Critter Country. I do want to back but bring back PM first then you can bring back the bears.

Re: Would it be a good idea to bring back the country bear Jamboree...

Country Bear Jamboree is one of those shows (it wasn't a ride) that I have really fond memories of from childhood, especially waiting in the preshow area surrounded by people in coats on a cold winter night. And I loved the show and its various iterations.

But, it's true that nobody (a small number, that is) went to see the show in its final years. Nobody clapped, nobody sang along. Everybody just sat there like bumps on the proverbial log. And I'm afraid it's true at Tiki Room, too. Nobody reacts.

So, let's just keep our warm, fond memories and come up with something new. Probably with guns. Rides with guns are real popular.

Re: Would it be a good idea to bring back the country bear Jamboree...

its easy, since there is going to be a huge remdel at DCA, put the CBJ inside the golden dreams theatre and redo the outside of the building to look just like the brother bear trail right bext door to it. i have been to DCA about 10 times and not once did i have the erge to go watch a movie staring whoopi goldberg. it sounds boring personly as many who walk by probably agree. if that was the location to the country bear jamoree the crouds would flock to that location and help with the attendace problems that disney anaheim is trying to fix. plus classic audio anamatratronics is something that i believe is strongly missing in the park.
the most succesful enviroments have audio anamatronics ( POC and HM).
after the removal of america sings, I was hurt, after the bears left i was destroyed. audio anamatronics are the most realistic way for kids to believe characters are real. and i want them back. personally i do not like the 3d stuff and to me those are just cheap ways of replace audio anamatronics that walt disney himself was so proud of.
