I was at the gate and one of those survey CMs asked me for my ticket (I have a pass) She scanned it in her machine and didnt give it back. I did nt know that at the time. I realized she took it and now they are making me pay 20 bucks.I'm a struggling college students.

How long ago was this? I have a friend who works in research (survey taker) and I could see if she knows where they would have put it.

I would bet they don't toss them, they would make every attempt to save it. I bet you won't need to buy another one, or pay the fee. Just be positive about it, it will work out.

So I just called my CM friend and she says that 98% the guest ends up finding the pass in another pocket. Apparently this happens everyday and most of the time the guest has the pass on them. She says that if that is not the case the CM would take the pass to the lost and found. Good luck!

Wouldn't they just send it back to you? They have all of your information already anyway. Wait and see before you decide to replace it. Give 'em a week or so and see if it turns up.

But we do get special treatment at DL. We are the reason DL was built in the first place.

APers are responsible for the gangs, strollers, ecvs, bratty kids, bad food, high prices, rude people, long lines, and crummy weather.
