Little Monsters on 10/24...

Hi All~

I'll be volunteering to help out with Little Monsters on 10/24 and it's always a blast to do this each year! Seeing all the little kids dressed up is so adorable! And this year will be even extra special for me, because my 3 1/2 year old nephew will be doing it for the 1st time!!

I was wondering if anyone else on MiceChat will be there, and if so, plz stop by the booth I'll be at (passing out candy). Not sure which one I'll actually be working, but that just means you'll need to go to all of them!

Here is my nametag for the event! Are they going to issue Boo Crew nametags this year? If you can get your hands on some, I will give you $$$ for them...

Hey Benson,

WOW, I like the logo this year for the LM name tag! I can't wait to get mine tomorrow (or maybe tonight from my friend). And I they usually pass out BOO CREW tags too, so I'll see what I can do for you! If I get an extra one (which I'll try to get) then you don't need to pay me for it, silly. I'd be happy just to give it to you!

Are you volunteering yourself tomorrow night or will you just be there for the event with kids? If you're there, stop by and say hi!

i would have went if i still work at DCA (but quit as i moved to vegas) the girls and i are really going to miss going this year as they always look forward to this sigh

yes it is for CM's and their friends and family... it is smaller than halloween treat because of just being for cm's

yes they also have a christmas time thing at the beginning of december.. when the park closes,, they open it up to the CM's (including emp0loyees from espn, and the walt studios as well as acb..) very much fun. i am going to miss it this year.. sigh

Little Monsters is for Cast Members of the Disneyland Resort who have children and want to join a private party that allows their kids to get candy from many of the candy booths that are set up throughout DCA. All the kids come dressed up (even some of the parents too) and it's just a fun-filled night for Cast Members and their kids. It's very simular to Mickey Halloween Treat and what they have to offer.

Here's a little trivia about it too. In the early days, it was known as Little Monsters on Main Street. And that's because the event used to be held at Disneyland. But once that Park remained opened until 8pm on weeknights (during the off season), the event was moved over to DCA, where it's now just called Little Monsters.
