I was a WINNER!

Its been a couple of weeks since my husband and I went to Disneyland. This is the first chance that I've gotten to post this.


We were winners of a Dream Fastpass! It was my last day there. We were trying to figure out how to make the most of the day when we saw the plastic badges being handed out. We had no idea what they were. So we walked up to the cast members handing them out and they gave us each one. We were so excited, the Fastpass Gods had smiled on us. We were able to go on all the rides. Except when we got stuck on the top of Grizzly River Rapids when the water drained out.


After getting the Fastpass badge, we went on Indiana Jones. The ride broke down while we were waiting in line. While being evacuated, I also "won" a pin lanyard. That was really cool too.

We were feeling pretty lucky and got to end the trip on a good note.

Last time we were there we won the dream fastpass too! It, I admit, was pretty exciting!

Ok so one just has to walk around hoping to see a CM passing them out? They randomly pass out the blue cloud mickey ears to right?

Is there a certain time or place for the give aways or do you have to ranfomly see someone giving them away? If so what should i be looking for?

The 'Dream Squad' gets an assignment that's randomly assigned by a computer. So it may say "The Left Library of Tower of Terror from 1:25 to 1:35pm". There's no guarantee if you'll win or not. However, morning give outs seem more common. As always, you just have to be in the right place at the right time.

It is kind of like an unlimited FASTPASS that allows you little or no wait on any FASTPASS attraction. Unlike regular FASTPASSES, you can just use it and use it.

That sounds fantastic! Wish there was a way to know if and where they might be handing these out on Saturday, November 4th! We will be there for my daughter's birthday.

The FASTPASS has two cards you wear on your neck. Each card has several tabs that you break off and use as FASTPASSES. One for each attraction that has a fastpass machine and one card for each park. Get it?

In other words, you get one Fastpass for each fastpass attraction.

Its like they hand you one fastpass to each ride that has a fastpass machine. You only get one per ride, not over and over.

Is there anykind of date marking when you got them or when you use them? If I get one on say Saturday and only use a couple of the tabs, could I come back the next day, week, etc. and use the rest? Just curious, I saw some people with some right when the Million promo started, but wasn't quite sure how they worked.
