Re: Who else experienced the hectic weekend at DLR?

I was there on Sunday and it wasn't too bad! Plus Daniel Powter was there for the Christmas Parade taping so we got to hear him play.

I even got an exclusive Pixie Dust pin from a custodial cast member! YEAY!

This is very common. You need to book at least 2 weeks in advance, and you can book up to 60 days out. Last year, Blue Bayou was booked solid from Dec 23-Jan 4th on Dec 23rd, absolutely no walk ups.
If you see a cute yellow lab puppy with a yellow cape, WAVE! It might be us! (Or it may be someone else that lurks here!) Thank you for asking before you pet! Next trip, Dec 22-Jan 3rd.

Disneyland's waitress service restaurants take reservations, and have for years. The popular places like Blue Bayou or Napa Rose book up weeks in advance, especially if you choose to visit on a busy holiday weekend.

Telephone for a reservation at (714) 781-DINE in advance of your visit, and you won't have a problem. There is also information about reservations and theme park dining available on the official Disneyland website at http://www.disneyland.com
