Do you Think There Should Be New Characters in the Park?

After a certain amount of time, I noticed that over time Disney will test a certain new character when it's time. I think it's time for Disney to test some new characters in the park.

1.- DEFINATELY test an Indian Jones face character, as well as a Sallah face character.

2. The Chronicles of Narnia- Get the wicked witch out more, and test a Mr.Tumnus face character (the hooves will be tough, but hey).You can also test a Peter and Susan Pevensie face character.

3. Peter Pan- Test a Tiger Lily face character.

4. Alice In Wonderland- A March Hare masked character

Those are my ideas.

I would like to See Ber Rabbit come back and I would like some new characters getting tried out every now and then.

Disney Afternoon please for all the children of the early 90's.

I swear I saw Kit from Talespin within the last year somewhere... and Launchpad was in a Fantasmic I saw a month ago.

I think Tigerlily would be a "Oh look it's Pocahontas!" issue though, since she's pretty obscure.

That's a pretty good idea.

One I would like to see is Kingdom Hearts face characters in Fantasyland
(Sora, Riku, Kairi). Maybe they can occassionaly be seen playing games with the Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland characters.

Well, any and all characters from ANY Disney production - TV through to feature film - should be fair game in the park. I can't imagine anything more disappointing for a kid who has a favourite Disney character, than to go to the place where all Disney characters "live" and not find them there.

I'd love to see everything from Song of the South characters, to mushroom characters from Fantasia. How awesome would a hippo in a ballet costume be?

TV stuff would open a world of possibilities, especially several hundred experiments from Lilo & Stitch.

I see the Br'ers occasionally. The ballet hippos from Fantasia were in the Parade of the Stars and danced with the guests.

Lots of people don't know who some of the major characters are, anyway. I regularly hear people mix up Pluto and Goofy, and one of my favorite character moments was watching Wendy refuse to sign the autograph books of a couple of kids until they could figure out who she was. Throw in the more obscure people and they'd be completely clueless.

I love seeing Launchpad in Fantasmic, though. On my friend's birthday, he showed up on the Mark Twain, and I was bouncing up and down in my seat yelling "Launchpad Launchpad Launchpad Launchpad!" The people behind me were laughing, my friend was confused because he apparently had never seen Ducktales or Darkwing Duck. Philistine.

For you Robin Hood fans out there during the Parade of Stars I used to rush to the bus stop to try and get picked EVERY time and the first time I was picked but I was placed with the Mary Poppins Penguins which was fun but the second time I was picked I BEGGED them to let me dance with Robin Hood and I mean BEGGED the way a teenager should never do

Anyway this really sweet CM paired me up with Robin Hood and I got to dance all the way down the Parade route with him! I curse the fact I didnt have my camera but it was so great to be waltzing on down with all the Disney characters and have that dashing fox by my side ^.^

I call for a revival of the old characters though! Some new ones would be nice, but I would love to see some older ones.

Ohh as for the Wendy thing - Wendy signed my autograph book Wendy Darling which I intend to ask her next time to sign using her FULL name Wendy Moira Angela Darling!

Yes, it would be nice to have more/see more characters in park, the problem is that there are HUNDREDS of Disney characters that we all like, and only a certain number of performers available at the park...

Traditionally they usually debut new characters with their corresponding movies/shows/etc...with some minor exceptions...

Her last day was April 15th and given the movie hoopla has passed, it's not likely they will bring her back.
